Tarn Hows
started off with a very physical one kept making lots of little mistakes.
Then did an attack point in easier side of forest should have kept it clean but messed up a little and was annoyed
finished off with pick on first area absolutely knackered and hardly got up the hills lost time at the end which was annoying need better micro routechoice is big thing im being told.

ran at claif heights in the morning stupidly steep and rocky so could hardly run no major navigation problems then did a flatter quicker course where lost a little bit
Then went to holms fell which was nice woodland and moorland/fells lots of marshes helping navigation still lost time though

The splendiferous site of Hawkshead Youth hostel
Fun night relay insane scale and mass start was crazy was realy good fun lost about a minute apparently came back 2nd behind bazil who got one wrong which i was happy with.
