spiked:15/17c shoes: VJ Integrator

Selection race at Broxbourne. Map was very green but it wasnt too bad could still run quite well. Looked quite technical as there was very little features to attack off and used compass and pacing a lot and had a pretty clean run apart from a minute mistake hunting for a depression in green.

My first cross country race for a few years did suprisingly well beat the people who i run with on the track probably better with the tougher underfoot but came 7th on u17

Found no 1 really hard lost 2 and a half minutes being unable to seperate vegetation.was mostly a cross country again very fast

At bedgebury ran well started pulling away from nick and my dad at points then kept on losing 10 seconds in places and getting caught up. Then lost 20 sec near end and nick ran off and ended up 2nd again

Scholarship day two at hurst college did sport today so started off with some speed work on the ladders and hurdles and stuff. Then did a bleep test once i won i gave up soon after at about 13.5 as i had more work after with my cricket.
