Went out with the leading group but lost contact with the front after I got stuck on a barbed wire fence. Then caught them again in the northern wood only to lose 2 mins on one control. So surprised to come in 3rd.

Lost 2mins/4places as some chavs had hidden no.6 under a pile of leaves. Ran into the control circle to find Franklin and Beasant looking confused. Easy control so should have realised it was missing and moved on quickly but spent a bit rechecking then just as I was about to leave saw the box sticking out of some leaves so stuck it back in the ground and carried on.
