Orienteering race 1:19:00 [4] 9.7 km (8:09 / km) +365m 6:51 / km
(injured)

Was pretty tired from the day before and my right knee is very painful on the inside. Messed up a complete bingo pit in a dodgy area then completely lost it. Will have to take a couple of days off, I really hope this knee problem is short term.

Orienteering 2:00:00 [4] 16.0 km (7:30 / km)

Control pick- after cocking up no.2 felt really good, flowing through the controls.

Map memory- Did this with Joe, we pushed pretty hard, messed up 2 of them, mainly because I didn't remember the contours. Was hard to concentrate on memory whilst trying to run really fast to make it difficult for the person following.

Trains- Was knackered by this point, was fairly good though, managed to get a tricky one in the right place straight away.

Football 45:00 [4]

Football on the new atroturf, got no grip, slipped and compressed my right achillies. Going to have to stop playing, there's too much of an injury risk, would be annoyed if I was injured playing football.

Cycle 1:10:00 [3] 16.0 mi (4:22 / mi)

Bike to work, then to Westbury, then home, back to Westbury, back to work, then home. The Spring cup better be good, loads of hills, and a bit too close to tonights 10 miler!

Run 58:00 [4] 9.0 mi (6:27 / mi)
shoes: Aasics Gel-Cumulus

Searing pace with GWR, kept up for a few miles then they slowly got away, bit annoyed they did a new route and I had no idea what was going on when I eventually lost them near the zoo went down to the bottom of bridge valley road and back. Suffered by doing lots of biking earlier in the day.

Cycle 30:00 [3] 6.0 mi (5:00 / mi)

Cycle to work and back, felt quite good.

Badminton 45:00 [2]

Bit dissapointed I didn't get a hard game till near the end, then lost as I just couldn't get going.

Note
(rest day)

Decided not to do intervals tonight to try and get the most out of the rest of the week, especially with the GWR 10 tomorrow and a hard weekend planned. Will do hills thursday.

Cycle 45:00 [3] 9.0 mi (5:00 / mi)

Cycle to and from work and to Tim's house and back.

Team monday 1:19:30 [3] 18.0 km (4:25 / km)

Round the downs, accross the bridge, through deer park and normal loop round Ashton and back. Parts of this were intensity 4 especially along the path to the zig zags and up the hill. Felt good early on but legs felt quite heavy towards the end. Again poor turnout tonight.
