Cathal, Avril and Kyle were the only others for Duhac training. My legs are really suffering, so ran with Kyle outbound and slowed to run with Avril on the way back.

IMRA Leinster League #13 - 42/208 (2nd female)

The usual end of league race up Sugar Loaf. Longer than last year as we started further back on the road to give a longer run up to the bottle neck.

I felt quite good on the uphill, but lost a few positions on the downhill. My legs feel too weak and tired to take risky foot placements that I used to. Hopefully improve that next year again.

So now that's the league and orienteering season over. Won't know what to do with myself...

WOC over for me, I entered the Swiss O Week Day 3 for a final hoorah. Still struggled with the terrain. Started well but then lost it some stage along the way.

WOC Middle Quali - Womens A - 25/30

I tried, I just didn't execute it very well. Confused by both the terrain and, even moreso, the gaffling. Started ok - even though I visited many controls that weren't mine - but at some stage it just fell apart completely and I couldn't execute any controls cleanly.
I feel on the verge of going into an epic tale of exactly what confused me at all my messed up controls, but I really don't want to dwell on it.
Could only be expected after rocking up with just one relevant training under my belt. Can't complain.

WOC Sprint Qualification - Women's C - 24/29

Felt relaxed going into this and started well. Somewhere along the way I lost concentration, paying too much attention to other runners culminating in a really stupid, long time-loss to #12 (~50s standing about confused during a non-tricky course, ugh).
Don't know if I actually had the speed to make the final - definitely didn't have the concentration.
