Long'un with Cal on the Wagonways to Seaton Delaval and back.
Felt decent in the main and took a gel with me after last week but still went pop after 23km. Fun route and nice to explore somewhere new.

Porter Brook

Couldn't resist stopping off en route north, managed to time it well for sunset. All the way up to the top of the Clough which was a good reminisce. 5*60s hills at the top.

A bit of a weird stabbing numbness in my foot on the way down. Will roll and keep an eye on it.
