ESS. Just taking it steady with no real plan after 2km. Was planning on just doing 5km. But just wound my way along past 10km before turning for home.
New shoes seem good.

First one felt comfortable then got progressively harder and couldn't hold the pace. Enjoyed it though and nude to get some harder efforts in the last two days
