Easy long on the Monsal Trail with Anna then solo for a bit more.
Lungs very very unhappy by the end, over done it a bit this weekend.

Anna was keen, I was less so as my cough had morphed in to somewhat of a chest infection. But thought I may as well. Felt decent at the start but quickly realised my lungs were not going to play ball, tempoed round to a decentish time.

Up and down Lydgate before heading down to parkrun before.

Then up through Endcliffe after finding Anna and heading into Bingham before going back to Brocco Bank.
