Quick jog up to the start late as I had to print out a new barcode.
Jog back along the course with Liam Friel (an old school teacher) then continued on to the Derwent Walk for a little before looping about.

Gibside Parkrun. 2nd
Took it out as per usual and had a bit of lead down the Avenue. Was caught going up the first hill and stuck with on the descent. He then got a lead over the next two climbs and despite pushing back towards the finish on the Avenue finished about 10-15s back.
Pretty pleased with the time as I was ~25s quicker than a few weeks ago in similar conditions.
