Finally feel somewhat reenergised. Spent yesterday asleep on the floor a bit wiped out before mowing a lawn for 3hours to get some fresh air.

Up to Lambley Viaduct and back, feeling good again. Weird.

Just been feeling a bit run down and not myself the last few days. Haven't slept overly well which hasn't helped. Feel a bit similar to February after I'd overtrained January, but had four biggish weekend efforts in a row so I guess a bit of a comedown again. Hoping it will pass soon.

Set off and just felt awesome, legs were a bit tired still beforehand but it just disappeared. Tailed off a bit at times but solo'd the entire session pretty much. Best session I've ran for ages!
