Out with JackW for a pleasant plod in the Shap Fells, drove over in torrential rain and arrived in relative calm.
I think we we both a bit pessimistic about our chances of getting around his planned 20km route giving our ailing bodies yet we both held together remarkably well. We did begin to flag on our way back to the cars as underfoot was particularly sapping but just about made it.
Good run and a nice catch up

Back at the climbing hangar, core and shoulders quite stiff/sore.

Been working some long days from home this week which I was keen to run in but leg is quite bad I'm hoping its glute related but worryingly it feels a bit like achilles related

Went climbing after work en route home ddnt have much time for anything else as arrived back at 9ish.

Tried to get up early to go for a run but body was having none of it. L leg wasn't too bad more just tired.
