Unsure what I was wanting to do today had thought of spectating somewhere but then thought about tidying up some unsummited Wainwrights. Ran to the bottom of Coombe Gill to wait and watch Borrowdale start then around to Stonethwaite and into Langstrath then straight up the nose of Eagle Crag and across to Sargent Crag. Dropped down a bit if a scree gully to Blackmoss Pot then up Cam Crag ridge to Rosthwaite fell. Back down to Seatoller via a dip in Tarn at Leaves

Evening event up on Threlkeld Knotts. Felt decent, the hills were a little tiring mind

Arranged to run with JackW early in the week when the weather was nicer. So driving down to Dunmail was a bit depressing. Went up to Grisedale tarn and down past Ruthwaite Lodge then followed the wall to hole-in-the-wall. Took Jack across Striding Edge which was fine then hit the top and the weather was disgusting! Face went numb from the rain till we got down to the zigzags off Nethermost. Then thought we'd terrain it across the tops back to Dunmail which was really really nice! Much nicer than the path down!

Awesome evening despite bashing my knee falling into a river and then falling over on the way down and doing something to my finger.

Retreated to Grasmere for a pint and chips

Tried to pick it up gradually on the way out then ran back steady

Some intervals at submax so I don't overdo it too quickly.
6*500m (1min) ran at 1:46's still very unfit was aiming for 1:45s. No pulling in my achilles which is good.
