Note

Ankle/calf still pretty bad no running for a while. Hopefully it will clear up soon as I'll be lakes based for a few months :)

Ankle pretty bad today....went to a physio, so sore of soleus/peroneal issue had a lot of massage to try loosen it. Standard "my god you're inflexible" statements from the physio referencing ankle mobility

Around the lake because it was too nice not to. Felt pants to be honest. Ankle noticeable but manageable

Note

Took Fran to High Force. Still not sure about the ankle/calf it hurts after a period of inactivity then loosens almost similar to an Achilles injury but up the outside of my lower shin. Altenating infront of or behind my ankle bone. Generally fine today bar a few odd feeling steps. Making the most of the freedom it ends for a few months come monday hopefully
