Along the road after with Fran...not much as it was completely vile

Been feeling very flat and unmotivated all week. No energy to do anything not sure why? It was a big week last week but not a week recovery big!
Tried to get out yesterday and nearly went to Coniston but sacked it off and slept till 11.
Fran dragged me down to the track this morning...I don't know how as it was absolutely rank, chucking it and windy therefore quite soft underfoot and slow.
