Slow prebreakfast loop up the hills behind the centre and around the lake quite nice in places but a few damp patches and mostly off path. Quite nice and finished with a loop of the centre herding sheep

20*1min(1min) with the first 10 in to a brutal headwind. Feeling a bit ill to begin with as it was early! But its the only time I can fit these in

8*25s(35s) strides back on the centre driveway

Feeling decent and nice to get out pre-breakfast and get the training in
