Running 12:15 [3] 3.11 km (3:56 / km) +55m 3:37 / km
shoes: Brooks Glycerin 11 #2

After being at work all day and using a 'pedi-roller' pretty much non-stop my foot felt A LOT better than it has! So much so that I walked home pretty much entirely pain free.
Therefore, I decided to go for a run and try some strides.....It worked very little pain at all. The pain there was, was numb and distant. Therefore I'm going to keep using it all day everyday for the next week and try some intervals on Wed/thurs on grass as well as trying to get on day in over 10km and then hopefully be able to run BUCs this weekend XD

Running 25:48 [3] 5.56 km (4:38 / km) +94m 4:17 / km
shoes: Brooks Glycerin 11 #2

Usual morning loop but a bit quicker than normal. Foot was ok, still sore to begin with and a few other strides gave the same pain as monday although I still think its a bit of an improvement. Running downhill was quite sore also

Running 17:37 [2] 3.5 km (5:02 / km) +51m 4:41 / km
shoes: Brooks Glycerin 11

As per Kims instructions and as I couldn't sleep I ventured out to get my easy jog in.
Foot felt a lot better than at Treeton. Pain was localised to the toes alone to begin with then disappeared but returned by the end of the run. It also hurt a bit more when pushing a little more energetically i.e. at curbs and going uphill. At present I think it would be manageable to do running of this nature although to get back to running properly I think its still going to take some time. Maybe another week? BUCS may still be a possibility but would prefer to be over cautious than risk the injury flaring up again.

ShUOC circuits
Awfully weak again, struggling with ALL weights!
Avoided anything bouncy or stretching to my toes so was all very sedate

Running 7:00 [2] 1.2 km (5:50 / km) +60m 4:40 / km
shoes: Brooks Glycerin 11 #2

Down to Goodwin and back with an impatient Will
