Long run in the peaks with Bommy T. Fox House, White edge, Froggatt edge, Padley Gorge, Surprise view and a lap of Burbage.....Great to be out :)

Long run on Kinder with JackW, Kris and Crickmore. Compulsory grough running included. Up Blackden Brook along the north edge and across to Kinder Downfall and back. Mist closed in very quickly on the way back.

Also forgot my shoes so had to run in Kris'.....Moron!

Quite pleased with this, happy to get to a km on each 3min. Had JackW chasing hard on these till I kicked away a bit each time. The 2mins felt very hard in comparison.
