Pissing about while helping my mate to 1rep max testing. Did:
80kg Bench Press
160kg Leg Press
up to about 90kg squats
up to about 80kg deadlift
a few other things too
Been depressed with my foot for a week so haven't done anything...going to try cycling again down at the gym either tonight or tomorrow as I need to do something its starting to drive me stir crazy again
