Long headtorcher with Tom and Treb with a exploration of Loxley, tried to find a route across the top of the valley like rivelin top path but just ran along a road :/ found a way in eventually and it was fun....good to be back out running properly. Foot fine for the majority, little bit too much road for me in places. Feeling tired toward the end coming back out of Rivelin.

Felt good actually being able to do squats, left hip quite tights though now and had a wierd burning pain for a little bit in my left groin which doesn't hurt now so thats good

Hardest circuits session I've done for a while, was a testing sort of session with the equipment set out and you did 20 on each then 19...:

Tricep Dips

Did 5 and a bit circuits, foot was alright but wrist hurts a bit from dropping down onto it
