Down at the running tack 1km before 400m afterwards felt a bit dizzy again

Running intervals 25:30 [5] 5.2 km (4:54 / km)

Did 3*1km in 3:30, 3:29, 3:30 with 5mins recovery in between think these were a bit too fast maybe 10secs too fast? Going to build up to 6*1km then bring the time down.

Decided to leave my house today to go for a run.
Did 10 lots of 1minute eyeballs out 5mins easy
From Watergate upto the railway station then down to Kibblesworth and back
