Pretty scrappy but better than most people seemed to have.

Steady up Ben Lomond, walked up the steepest parts but got upto the top a bit before I expected. And got down without really feeling tired, was wierd!

Note

Been busy travelling and sitting in hospitals last couple of days both of which are ridiculously tiring but got my cast off now in place of a ast which is good and should be healed after the scottish

Down to the lake then easy progressive 3km then back
