Course on Eyam moor was really nice and runnable
Then a plod through deep bracken in bretton clough which doesnt count as training first part was really enjoyable

Had a steady cruise around the last leg of the Harvester to see what I missed out on.
Didn't warm-up so all the path running killed my calves and ran out of time about 2/3rds of the way round so jogged straight back.
Technique was fine but a bit hesitant in the circles trying to work out if I was in the right place

2009 ShUOC Chase Final
Took a 10mins break then ran it. Again was pretty tired got a bit confused by new dead ends that now exist and spent a while in the car park looking for a way out in the right direction that doesnt exist now (~3mins) but apart from that was pretty clean

Similar to the long run 2weeks ago, pre-breakfast run so was a little bit hard towards the end althouggh managed to pick it up. Was careful through rivelin so I didn't deck it
