HOC Postenplain Brown
Felt really good today, better than I have done for a long time. Made a few mistakes but on controls which were a bit vague so wasn't too fussed although still lost bout 60-90secs on misses here and there. And the main thing was I beat Bazil by 5mins :)

Back from Emily's via Spar to get me some bread

Jog out from Emily's with Emily to the bottom of the Heroes hill, then jog back from the top via Ranmoor and riverdale road then back towards Hunters Bar onthe other side of endcliffe park

Found the second one hard but really enjoyed the session much better than when I went up there with Dark Peak although maybe I went up quicker?

Dark Peak Run
Went out from the base down to the top of Tom Lane then went off down to Hunters Bar. Up behind Hunters Bar then along to Eccy Road down to Greystones road then up through the estate on to Ringinglow and down Common lane. Up to Fulwood Lane and along to Brooklands, all the way up to Redmires and back.
Felt alright all the way round butbetter in the last 2/3km and ended up pushing the pace on along with Rob Little up Brooklands
