Generally felt I did shit, knakered from Firday and Saturday nights so that obviously didn't help but made some stupid mistakes need to be less rusty! On a more positive note didn't do too bad and didn't fuck up the quarry working area bit which I'm sure I normally would have

The ShUOC Porter Valley Fell Race and ShUOC Club Champs Series
Had felt pretty shit all day, fell asleep in most of my lectures but decided to try wake myself up so went along. Started off alright keeping hold of Treb but took a bad route out of Bingham and the elastic snapped so ended up running most of with Treb a little too far in front and Nic just behind. Then just at the top going on to the oad Treb and Ramsay were there so wasn't too far back at the turn around but had to run the whle way back by myself which slowed me down a little. And Nic dissapeared to so I had no one pushing me along. Good training though, its the sort of session I could do to judge my fitness month on month
