Scottsh Champs M21E

Started off really well, spiked the first four and was feling good. 5 hit th circle right but was 5m below the control and didn't see it so spent five minutes looking for it. 6 I set off a bit to fast on and didn't take the best route, 7 I went straight but managed to stop a little short lost more time looking for it. Was fine through till 16 where I just died, the long leg was possible the worst I've ever experienced just had no strength to run left and basically walked/jogged when I could back down to the finish. Saw number 19 come past...the guy who set off 40mins behind me :P

Ohwell probably didn't eat enough before hand which was why I did badly and lost some stupid time due to mistakes.

Before did a 10min jog toward the other start then stretched then jogged up to the other start with Lewis and focussed
After did nothing, struggled to get back to the car walking

Went up to the moor with my grandad at ran up Bollihope Carrs (Carrs Top) and Ravens Seat. Took it a bit easier than I have done these past couple of days as I want to be in decent shape for the weekend.
Pushed hard up half of Bollihope then slowed down to a walk/jog, ran off the summit and down to the river contouring, then countoured around upwards to Ravens Seat was really nice and a bit unusual as I havent been here since I was like 12.

Jog down to Watergate on the usual route felt really nice managed to keep my heartrate down in the 120/130s for most of it but the hills got it up to about 160 and had a bit of a blast in the last bit for the 184
