Started off really well, spiked the first four and was feling good. 5 hit th circle right but was 5m below the control and didn't see it so spent five minutes looking for it. 6 I set off a bit to fast on and didn't take the best route, 7 I went straight but managed to stop a little short lost more time looking for it. Was fine through till 16 where I just died, the long leg was possible the worst I've ever experienced just had no strength to run left and basically walked/jogged when I could back down to the finish. Saw number 19 come past...the guy who set off 40mins behind me :P
Ohwell probably didn't eat enough before hand which was why I did badly and lost some stupid time due to mistakes.

Before did a 10min jog toward the other start then stretched then jogged up to the other start with Lewis and focussed
After did nothing, struggled to get back to the car walking
