Jog down to Watergate before hand did a few stretches
Jog back up afterwards

Did the same control pick down in Watergate Forest Park that I did a couple of weeks ago, it's a lot worse now as all the vegitation is up and it was also really wet under foot. Still it is surprisingly difficult as you jus tdon't have any time to think, reckon it's more of a winter thing though. Enjoyed it as some parts of the wood are really quite nice although large sectins are just minging!

Gentle jog out in the morning sun before breakfast, west down to the lake and back. Was going quite steady but felt pretty good, enjoyed it.

Got selected for Cairngorm half yay! Also I'm going to take full credit for 9 NTT selections 7 to Cairngorm and 2 to Uppsala, if it wasn't for my coaching we wouldn't be doing anything at all this year lol.

Taking time of training to revise for exams now although planned for next year and after last years mistakes of not resting enough so factoring everything in
