British Schools Orienteering Champs

Really pissed off. Came 4th by 3seconds!!!!! Legs were sore from yesterday but made a few mistakes, not a perfect run but was pleased with it all the same

Collecting controls in with Smyth along the dunes was really good to get out in them again. Ran to quite a few whilst Smyth sorted them out, then jumped off a huge dune, was well good

Didn't do too great was trying to run too fast and therefore made a few mistakes, also tired quite dramatically towards the end as I dont think I have fully shaken off this flu yet

Sheffield Chasing Sprint Chase
Awful....ran hard at the start and caught Aiden up one minute as I wanted then a succession of mistake pulled him away. After geting totally confused on 14 gave up a bit, as I knew I wasn't going to do well and try save myself a bit for tomorrow. Also ended up running off the map at 23.

Jog round the streets to see how I feel before the weekend, heart was a bit high so obviously still not 100%. But felt I tried to hard at the start as it was absolutly freezing and needed to get warm because as soon as the wind stopped I was boiling. Arms were a bit stiff but that will wear off, legs aren't bad
