Orienteering (Controlling/Planning) 1:04:00 [3] 4.63 km (13:49 / km) +125m 12:11 / km
shoes: Walshes 3

Planning (whilst controlling) the NTT sprint prologue.
Really hard went around the whole area and kept finding minging bit so had to cut lots of my original plan out

Fell running 50:00 [3] 5.38 km (9:18 / km) +200m 7:50 / km
shoes: Walshes 3

Decided to go up Lingmoor after controlling, but got as far as the open fell and decided I didn't feel great so just turned back so I felt ok for the rest of the week

Travelling to Great Langdale for Not Tour Tour.

Orienteering race 18:47 [5] *** 4.28 km (4:23 / km)
spiked:18/18c shoes: Asic GT-2130

Sprint training in Newcastle (JK area) Straight line 2.65
The course I planned with lots of route choice in it. Happy that I got all the controls right and the course in general. A few of the areas/ controls were out of bounds though for construction so just went as close as I could

Orienteering race 8:35 [5] 2.04 km (4:12 / km)
spiked:18/18c shoes: Asic GT-2130

Sprint training in Exhibition Park Newcastle Straight line: 1.81
Was really good again, but felt a little tired. Was fluent and kept in control so happy about that as well. But it rained :(

Rock Climbing (Bouldering) 50:00 [1]

Down at the Byker climbing wall again was good but they are expanding so one lane is out of use and the problems seem to have gotten harder.
Did all the yellow routes and a few green/purples. Arms are really sore now

Orienteering 51:15 [4] *** 4.91 km (10:26 / km) +190m 8:45 / km
spiked:11/13c shoes: Walshes 3

Technique training on Dipton course 1
The course I planned which was gaffled, it was quite tight all the way round as we kept seeing each other even though the courses were different. Was really good.

Orienteering 1:00:45 [3] *** 5.56 km (10:56 / km) +190m 9:20 / km
spiked:15/16c shoes: Walshes 3

Western Dipton, course which Lewis planned.
Sort of a big butterfly against eachother, but we were paranoid of being caught and a bit tired so ended up walking a fair bit of it.
Was good was pleased I got most of them right

Running warm up/down 23:50 [3] 4.15 km (5:45 / km)
shoes: Asic GT-2130

Warm down when we got home as my legs were feeling a bit stiff
