Lap of Kirstins timetrial with her dad so I got to know the route

2nd lap of her timetrial pushing her round

3rd lap as fast as I could wanted to get under 8mins, but I fell so a bit gutted :(

I was at the frint setting the pace and I think I set it a little bit too high able to keep it up but people at the back were getting tired :P

Did 10 lots of 1min/1min again felt really good this week, surprised as I felt crap this morning.

Was up at the front again for the majority, keeping pushing the pace with this mint guy.

Still knackered from the Harvester and feel sleep deprived. Also my calves are really stiff and quite sore, should really have done some stretching.
