Eycott Hill Brown
Similar to last weekend but not as uphill. Didn't really like the map just couldn't understand it in some places. But didn't feel to great running like was just knakered going uphill. Steve Birkinshaw (53mins) thrashed everyone again but was like 30s down on 2nd place :(. Think I beat Lewis by a few minutes and Graham by more so thats good :D

3mins/1min on the Derwent walk was really good after about 20mins. Found that I wsn't looking at my watch every few seconds as I know the area quite well.

Jog from home to the woods thing near me for intervals
Then jog back after

Did this in the woody area I found yesterday. It's a loop so ran round it doing the intervals between the gates. Had 30s recovery each one then 3:00m recovery after each set as I was trying to keep the times as similar as I could.

Went out for a long steady run with my mum. Went roughly the same route as my timetrial but cut off after the mast and came back home. Was nice but could feel yesterday in my legs.

Also ran into a lampost :( and people were laughing
