Watermillock Common Brown 11/21

Weather was awful, the wind was blowing me off my feet, rain stung.
Navigationally I was poor missing most of my controls
Running wise I felt a bit tired for some reason

So overall dissapointed with the run but happy with the time considering.

Durham University Estate
A sort of sprinty type thing round the campus and through Hougall Woods, a bit slow - found it hard to run in the woods because of a lack of grip. Made a few navigational mistakes but nothing drastic.

Cycle back home from grandparents along the railway step.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [3] 1.46 km (6:51 / km)
shoes: Asic's

Run down to the gym before and then bakc after. Stretches static and dynamic.

Running 44:10 [3] 6.8 km (6:30 / km)
shoes: Asic's

Run to start of the intervals,
then 5 x 580m in 1:57,1:58,1:50,2:00,1:52
then run bakc along washingwell to the police station and back to the gym
