Cycling 41:56 [4] 17.41 km (2:25 / km) +310m 2:13 / km

Up to Sunniside and over the top of hill and down to Old Ravensworth along to Kibblesworth and back over to Sunniside round the estate and back to Whuckham aling to Fellside road and then Front Street and home.

Felt good so went out again, but my calf was a bit tight.

Along Front Street to the garage and then through Fellside Park on the cuts and down to the railway track along a different way to what I normally take (but it's 3minutes quicker so I'm going to use it more). Along the railway to the bif viaduct and to the end of that. Then a bit of recovery, walk, back along it. Saw Boris Spence, an orienteer at the start of it. Then up to Hollinside manor, quite nice I'd never been before, and bakc down to the railway track. Up the lonnen to Fellside road and straight across to Hole Lane, up Kingsway round Sunniside and off the little onto the main street. Down that till Pennyfine Lane and along the old Tanfield railway to the lakes, a little circuit there - would have done more but could feel a blister developing, and back home through the fields and estate.

Calves felt tight so did lots of stretches on them, and a jog down to Front Street.
After a jog round the block and some more stretches, feeling a bit tired

Jog down to the gym, then stretches and then jog to the start.

Jog down to the gym from end of intervals streches again and run back up home.

Running intervals 39:00 [5] 3.35 mi (11:39 / mi)
shoes: Asic's

90secs hard and then jog down to the lake.
6minutes of short hill reps, steep 10secs, gradual 25secs
3minute longer fast work up a gradual hill
Then 4X 2minutes hard with 1minute rest


The minutes/mile make me feel a bit crap
