Jog down to Hartmann's and back to pick up some kit....feeling ok after yesterday lungs-wise though my quads were sore felt good to get out again though

Along Fulwood then down through the parks, went along the top path through Bingham though for a change. Was nice and didn't feel too bad, legs felt a bit heavy in places but mainly it was the lungs feeling a bit rusty after not training for a while

Short drills session in Endcliffe Park was nice in the sunshine :) saw Emily but she didn't recognise me :(

Felt really crap yesterday morning but thought it was just tiredness...this morning don't feel too bad but feel a cold coming on taking it easier now till the weekend

Jog back from Bolehill via Kelly's with two rucksacks
Which is why my heart rate is a bit high and I was a bit slow

Usual drills...then a circuit..then 4*hill sprints....easier session this week

Long jog to the start with the group then a back from the end of the first excercise again wasn't really in to it today

Trains and mass start in BOC relevant terrain was good but lack of sleep meant I didn't get as much out of it as I would have liked as I wasn't concentrating properly and getting dragged along by Shminty, Ralph, Magic, bommy T and camel at times not enough map contact I think. But was feeling strong all the same

Jog down to Endcliffe park for the TASS session feeling very rough but everyone was so it wasn't too bad

Really enjoyed it, even though it rained pretty hard at one stage managed to run at about the same intensity the whole session which was good

Did the usual stuff
Finished with some hills strides
Legs felt better today when they got going but were quite slow on the strides

With Emily up through the Parks and back on to Fulwood....Good catch up but hard work...legs weren't happy
