Park on the St. Johns in the vale road at the junction towards High Rigg then up through the old quarries till the fell line. Up past Threlkeld Knotts and onto Clough Head. From Clough Head up Great Dodd and Watsons Dodd and Stybarrow Dodd till Sticks Pass. Then up Raise, White Side and Helvellyn Lower Man to Helvellyn. Nethermost and Dollywagon Pikes afterwards then down to Grisedale Tarn and down Raise Beck to Dunmail Raise.

Felt really good and strong could have ran a bit more.

Couldn't really be bothered did all right 1-4 then ended up back at 2 again 1/2km away from where i should have been then slow and steady till 14 where again 1/2km headless chickening ended up at no.2 again! then jogged around reasonably fast afterwards a bit annoyed at myself.

Pheonix Long-O control collection

Very physical reduced to a walk for almost the entirety bar the start and 9km along rides and tracks at the end. Heather was between ankle deep and waist deep and bracken even higher occaisional marshy tussocky bits too. Horrible but nice in a way. It also rained at many times too.

A jog round Whickham and Sunniside with Kirstin. Down to Watergate, 3km loop then all the way up the old Tanfield line to the end of Sunniside. Across te main road and down into the housing estate. Down Kingsway and then down hole lane to Fellside road. Down to the Derwent walk then up to Hollinside manor and across the river derwent. Then due to tiredness a bit of a walk through derwenthaugh park and across the old bridge back onto the derwent walk. Up the hill to Fellside park and through Whickham back home.

Clydach Terrrace M16A 1st

Felt I did really badly, made stupid mistakes on most controls and kind of stumbled upon them so to come back and found I won the day was a surprise especially after messing up 13 and 14 quite badly.

Welsh overall 2nd by just over 2mins dissapointed but obviously too much for my body at once, feeling tired on the majority of days but technically pleasing as my orienteering seems to have improved greatly.

Good run hit things cleanly and felt strong over the ground messed up a bit on 7 and 9 but then ran hard over the controls to make up time.

Horrible forest, did pretty poorly from the off. Making stupid mistakes and route choice errors, slipped on the way to 7 and winded myself really badly so just jogged in

Winner did 41:47, but feeling even more tired than yesterday. Struggled with the first few control but seemed to almost stumble upon them which was quite good. Lost time being hesitant on some and was a bit slow through 12-14.

Winner did 35:24, but feeling tired from the tour and the day before was first starter on the course but hit most controls cleanly maybe a bit hesitant or slower than I would have liked

Lunsen tour middle
The course was only 3.5 did really well spiked 1,2,3,4 then ran 90' off and then got really lost ran off the map. Ran north for 30mins to find somewhere where I knew where I was.

Peg relay on Lunsen CLEAN run!!!! Got a peg too so didn't come last either
