Sunniside and back. Not feeling too bad though a little tired and un-enthused. Saw a car parked in a hedge, don't know how they managed that in a 20mph zone? Hip not too bad.

Very very disappointing but happy to be running ok again I guess. No noticeable hip pain but very very ropey nav. One almighty mistake ~20mins running around a flat patch parallel to where I though I was and couldn't relocate. Ran out of time as a result and had to bail not too far from the end to make my flight. ... not happy with myself.

Full body soreness if not from running with a pack on yesterday, from the climbing the day before. Feet are a bit mangled.

The Mcwilliams round attempt #2

Got bored not doing anything and the weather was too nice to not get out and do something. Decided to do this at 9 am so rocked up very under-prepared.

Enjoyed the run over to the Pennine Way along the St Cuthberts Way but tired a bit after that. Had a proper sit down at the bottom of the Schill and ate ALL my food. After that struggled my way up the Cheviot before getting myself together again(ish) crossing to Hedgehope. But then I was done. Hobbled my way the last 10miles home.

Sink or swim test....and I doggy paddled my way home. Guess I'm ok to start training again. Had a few twinges in my ears but nothing too bad and wastuff only dizzy once when I stood up a bit quick.

After my run (down to the bus?) on Saturday my legs have been in pieces which is just ridiculous.

Made it about 600m to the first downhill and my calves decided that was enough. Hobbled back via Washingwell Lane.

Climbing at the Valley with Scott.
Cool place 5mins from work. Did the first circuit, most of the second and few bits and pieces higher. Finger got unhappy but didn't rip it so should be ok again soonish.

Unfortunately Peter hadn't read the script so came back clear and too quick for Tom who then came back in 2nd much to my disappointment.
Went out a bit scared but settled in alright, took a few safe lines. Was slightly hesitant to #4 as Spongey came past then as I reached the path saw Willy turning off the path to his gaffle. Didn't lose too much time and no positions until #15 where I got very close and didn't spot it so had to bail out and relocate. At this point Tam and Ali Masson appeared stuck with them up most of the hill as the Jonesy/Murray/Pooboy train approached and disappeared. Then got a bit confused to the second last.

All things considered it was semi-decent. And despite the various woes of our team we managed to do alright.
