Went upto the moors with my mum and ran up the Waskerly Way was really nice. Took it steady after yesterday and tried to keep on the grass but my foot was still painful.

Wasn't going to do anything today but had a big tea and felt bad so went out not entirely sure what to do. Was going to do my 5x200's again but didn't want to tire it out so kept going on and crossed the road onto the Tanfield Railway line where I decided to do some Foxdahls.

Back home on the same route

The return of the Foxdahl!! (45/15)
Went from the road crossing on the Tanfield Railway at Watergate park upto Sunniside then on towards Andrews House Station. Then turned off onto the Bowes Incline Railway Path and ran down that to Kibblesworth (27mins) then turned around and ran back on the same route to the same point, I was a bit dissapointed to be short of the hour mark.

The usual morning loop felt tired when I went out but really enjoyed it, kept it easy and at about 60% of max heartrate which was the aim

Quite erratic in the timing dont know why had some quicker than normal ones and then some slower than normal ones? Going to try keep bringing in another set each week I do it to get stronger and faster :)

Windy Gyle and down the street
Was going to do my Phoenix course from there but the weather wasn't that great and I didn't have a compass so just decided to go up to the summit and back. Got lost as it was supper misty and tried to be clever taking a short cut managed to find a fence and followed that.

Quite pleased with the consistency of both groups although I feel I should have done a bit more warming up as I didn't feel very sharp to begin with and had a bit of a tight hamstring during the hill reps.
