18c shoes: X Talon 190's

Feeling really up for the at the start and legs feeling good on the start line.
1 Fine ran hard with Duncan, Ben, Matt and Bray
2 Fine
3 Initially though I was going to 8 so dropped a little then was overly cautious in the boulders just before with Bray

6 Fine
7 Slightly overshoot by about 15m
8 Fine went straight dropped Jack
9 Fine, think I got a little lucky spied it behind a boulder
10 Fine although legs started to die here
11 Up and down fine
12 Fine
13 Fine
14 Same as yesterday just looked at it and decided it wasn't mine for a bit
15 Ok slightly too low
16 Awful started feeling dizzy, going backwards

Not sure what caused my feelings towards the end, maybe a lack of pure high end running in the last or maybe dehydration from overheating last night as I didn't overdo it on the evening

Down to the bottom car park and back with a few stretches thrown in feeling good.
Had to have a lie down afterwards as I felt so spaced out
