Lawn+ 40:00 [1]

Mowed 2 lawns and some clean-up. Nice start to what will be a hot day.
Legs feel good but decided for a rest day anyway.

Walking 3:05:00 [3]

Some vandals apparently rifled through my car's glove compartment and also pressed a button labeled "key". They left, no loss or damage EXCEPT my car wouldn't start.
After 1 hour of searching for a cause I found the "key" button -- Manual: "If you are not planning to use your car for a long time, press this to disable the electronic key". [no reason given]. I pressed it and 'all is well'.
My guess is that the was their futile attempt to steal the car.
Missed SC hike but wen t to Castlewood anyway. Carried 25 pounds, very hilly, found a lode of chanterelles. Hot but not intensely humid. Legs tired, nothing sore. Another confidence builder, especially after Thursday's bike ride.

Cycling 2:25:00 [3]

What a great day to ride! Much lower humidity.
To Bridge Center - uphill and against wind at good pace.
Return with extra lap and hills in FP.
Felt strong

Walking 50:00 [1]

mushroom foray at Babler with MOMS group.
Nice turn-out inclduing 2 families -- great variety of mushrooms found (20+ species) with a few edibles -- very few chanterelles and no Chicken of Woods. 2-3 experts provided lots of ID and info. Good pot-luck.

Cycling 3:25:00 [3]

Though 2-2.5 hour hilly urban rides are good exercise, it was nice to get on MCT trails and go-go-go.
Parking at VC on 157, went west on Schoolhouse; right on Nature to Nickel Plate. Nickel plate west towards Alhambra, cutting off at Fruit then Marine Roads to get to Marine - included 3-4 miles of packed dirt/small gravel, very firm.
Hamburger. chips, and Blue Moon at Phil's and Rose's for $6.75. Then back in on paved Foster Heritage trail.
Longest ride of season - slight down grade for last 8 miles sure felt good! Couldn't get moving early enough so PM part got hot.

Walking 40:00 [2]

Brisk early morning walk in TGP. Humidity was actually better later. Now for WOmen's World Cup!

Machines 45:00 [3]

15 double sets at Y

Stair step 20:00 [3]

While I was not watching :), they removed my two favorite old-fashioned stair-step machines -- rarely used. I tried Jacob's Ladder -- settings were not 'natural' but it is a wicked machine. Five 4-minute intervals. Last 2 minutes of each hurt - legs more than lungs.
