Stopped at Sweet Arts cafe for spicy 'buffalo tacos' on way to MBG but rain started so skipped MBG

7.8 miles with friend at Cuivre River. Backpack with starting weight of 30 pounds. Tired near end of hike but legs and knees feel great and quick recovery this evening. Lakeside and Old Schoolhouse trails are in pretty good shape but way too much grass -- lots of ticks. Due to heavy rains, lakes E coli count was up -- no chance to cool off with a swim.

12*6 sets -- one mile again! Felt good.

15 double sets. A few achy muscles feel better.

GOAL today - 3+ hour ride at good pace and not feel exhausted - done!
To Ferguson via TGP, FP, WU, through U City to St Vincent and Ted Jones bike trails. Return pretty much same way. Some hills and wind - got hot by end.
St. Vincent & Ted Jones trails in very good shape and barely used.
