Sun! FP hike with SC -- they enjoyed seeing trails they had not hiked before. Reopening of 2 roads from Skinker appears near. Some good woods work near Skinker.

Legs a bit sore from yesterday's workout -- ideal for moderate ride today.
To FP with stop at History Museum -- threw in a couple extra hills.

Been lethargic and busy lately - return felt good.
Weight 181 - lost a few pounds - closest to 180 in quite some time.
