13 double sets at Y. Felt good but left shoulder 'glitch' has returned (lack of exercise) and right knee (cartilage removed in about 1985) has something loose inside - no pain.
50+, turned sunny, but stiff WSW wind.
Riverfront Trail (MO side) in very good shape - debris cleared, little sand left. LK Sullivan Drive -- southern 2/3 complete - looks good. 3 miles on RFT, back, and west to loop around FP.
