12 double sets at Y. After no machines for 6 weeks (vacation), legs are a few reps weaker but arms are stronger! Only plausible reason is KL masseuse. I've had a strange 'kink' in left shoulder for 2+ years that never really got much better or worse but I was probably favoring it on the weights. When she worked my left shoulder, I heard two firm pops - much better now!
