6*6 - Restart with easy set. Good rhythm but tired legs, arms, and sore back - improved in 2nd half.

Machines 36:00 [2]

12 double sets at Y. Minimal drop-off on weights.
Better: right ankle, left heel, right knee.
Kinks: right wrist, left shoulder. Back pretty stiff from too much sitting, too little exercise.

Cycling 3:00:00 [2]

First good riding day for a pre-ride Of Tower Grove to JB Park ride in two weeks for STLRC. Good route! Full lengths of Christy, Mississippi River, and River Des Peres Greenway bike paths. Numerous improvements in past year including total rebuild of RDP bike path - to officially open next week, perhaps. Route includes loops in Carondelet, JB, and TGP Parks.
Wow, legs are tired - I need some miles!
