Went to Y to swim - oops no swim shorts in gym bag. Returned home to get shorts.
Went to Y to swim - oops no goggles. At least got 20 minutes in on stair-step at 80/110 interval pace. Legs still heavy from Yesterday.

The rest of LaBargue CA - Part I:

WOW!!!!!!!!! Mostly off-trail, explored eastern and central areas of CA. Seemed that every re-entrant had significant rock features - 15-40 foot bluffs, overhangs, pools, etc with small glades and grasses on ridges. Out of creeks, woods are very open (white/light green). Ticks, yes, but no PI and no chiggers. Warm day but cool in woods.
