8*6 sets. Did just enough so that at end I'd feel, "This really feels good." It did!

12 double sets at Y. Wow, first time in 6 weeks. All joints except right knee (still tight) felt excellent. Restarted at same weights & reps with 2-3 exceptions.
At least once a week!

Cycling 1:45:00 [2]

From Lou Fusz Toyota (Prius recalls and belt) to full length of Grant's Trail and back. Legs felt Monday's effort - this was just the right effort for today. I'd never ridden its full 8 miles - not too crowded in mid-morning - nice to see the Clydesdales at Grant's Farm. Plus short loop in Clydesdale CP. Connection to River des Peres trails is quite short and apparently is at least in the planning stage.

Wow, reading paper in back yard was on the cool side - sure warmed up FAST! Lunch at 'new' (for me) coffee shop in Kirkwood - very pleasant.

Cycling 3:30:00 [3]

Only second ride with RC this spring. Loop started at CC Lake and included St. Charles and New Town. Large group - I found a small group of similar paced. Perfect day - cycling legs felt pretty good.
