Walking 4:00:00 [2]

Beautiful hike at Meramec SP with Sierra Club group. With sun and out of wind, felt better than high 30's. Unreal - we did a 9+mile hike all the way to Meramec River (on north end) with minimal climb. Saw lots of new features north of 185 Spur. Also, half of dead goat???

Misc 3:50:00 [2]

Remove fencing from Hawn with Sierra Club trail group. Great weather, good team of 11 workers, not much hiking but a good workout. Our team of 5 cut and hauled out about 250m of fence from SW part of map, near power line, Hawn SP Road.

Hmm, need to update that map now! :)

Intervals at 7&10 resistance. Different bike - not as comfortable.

Machines 33:00 [3]

11 double sets at Y.

Stair step 24:00 [3]

Intervals at 85&110 rpm.

11 double sets at Y - all body parts felt pretty good.

Swimming 30:00 [3]

50 lengths total including 2-4-6-8-6-4-2 ladder at 25-30-32-32.5-?-31-26 paces ()with significant breaks). Faster than I expected. tough workout.

Stat. Bike 20:00 [2]

Intervals at 7/10 resistance - good way to wrap up session.

Much better than planned hike(rain, mud, lightening).
