Stair step 24:00 [3]

Increased interval pace (75/115) and time - felt good!

Machines 24:00 [3]

Only time for 8 double sets before Y closed and off to dinner and play. Left leg definitely getting stronger. Right shoulder improved but still did only /3 normal weight on Inclined Press.

Cycling 2:30:00 [3]

To Webster Groves to deliver 2011 taxes to CPA! Then back via Forest Park and to Y.
Hot and hilly urban ride. Meandering in Brentwood and Maplewood is not very effective for finding efficient routes but did find some isolated, useful Brentwood paths.

Swimming 32:00 [3]

8*6 at Y. Pushed harder than usual. Right shoulder still achy on recovery but has been better for past two days.

Running 37:20 [2]

Dusk run around Tower Grove.
Run felt good (early AM would have felt better :) ).

Cycling 30:00 [2]

To FP to see Othello. What a pleasant evening! Iago (frequent visitor to my cross-word puzzles) was wonderfully dastardly. Othello & Rodrigo seemed a bit too overboard. A Schlafley's brew and free outdoor entertainment - ahhh.

Side-entertainment was not as appealing as past years so I got a chapter of Colin Fletcher's Grand Canyon trek read - I'm hooked - better than expected.

Fran arrived later in Prius with chairs and bike-rack.

Cycling 3:00:00 [2]

Great ride in Calhoun County. Lots of hills, light traffic, great views, juicy peaches.

Swimming 34:00 [2]

8*6 lengths - seems to be best exercise for right shoulder.

Meant this to be an 'easy' day - but I'm beat.

Cycling 25:00 [4]

Strong pace to and from Y. Exactly 12 minutes to garage (Hill route).
