Long loop through Forest Park, downtown, and Soulard. Nice breeze - survived the heat - near 100.

To Soulard to watch soccer at International Tap (great beers & lots of TV's - food is take-out from Imo's?).
Then on to Arch. River is about 4 feet below Lenore K Sullivan drive - that surprised me - waist deep on Lewis.
Storng southerly breeze bringing more heat.
