Swimming 16:00 [2]

Only 20 lengths due to Y closing pool at 2? Closing Y at 3 - why?

Haven't swum for quite a while. Arms felt it worse than expected. I'll need to bring swimming back into my routine. Good for legs & cardio.

Walking 30:00 [1]

Pleasant chilly sunny walk around Bot Garden including warm stretch through 85 degree Climatron.

Walking 50:00 [2]

Started walk in FP a bit late. Got hit with 10 minutes of heavy rain. Heavy winds (probable tornado) hit Sunset Hills about 10 miles SW.
60's right now - 30's tonight.

Machines 30:00 [3]

10 machines at Y. Four times in December!
Added 'Prone leg curl' to test pulled muscle near hip. With light weight, noticed the pull - minimal pain.

Stair step 20:00 [3]

Interval: 75 & 100.
I also tried jogging on track. With pulled muscle, left leg was 'a drag' - about 40 yards. Walking, cycling, stair-step all okay. Might put swimming back in routine for awhile.

Cycling 3:00:00 [1]

At last, no wind. Warmed up just enough for 3-hour or so ride with Zan. 8 miles on merrit Island (very skinny - one house lot wide) was most pleasant. Back; then lunch and south on Riverside Drive and A1A. Rented bikes at Bob's in Melbourne. Sore buns - guess a different seat.

Pulled muscle is much better. Delayed 2 hours in melbourne at airport due to ice on wings! Waited for Sol to de-ice plane. We made connections in Atlanta; Zan missed hers in Charlotte.

Exploring the neighborhood and canals with Elaine, Fran, and Zan. 50, sunny, still very windy.

Exploratory walk with Zan on cool blustery day.
