Anne Mrie got me out Friday afternoon at conference in Columbia. Found nice run in Rec area.

I 'should' have gone to Y to work on machines, but at 45 and warming had a fine run in Forest Park. With stiff southerly breeze, spent most of my time on the various wood trails. Y tomorrow - rain and possible snow predicted.
